Where Are You, Sam??

With all the flury of activity around here these days, I almost forgot to post a little bit about my nephew Sam, whom we're all so anxiously waiting to meet! My sister, Michele, is due on exactly the same day that we fly to Beijing. Talk about cutting it close! Since she had a c-section the first time around with Nicky, she can have another c-section or a v-back. But the OBs don't want to let her go much past her due date, either way. So far, Sam seems pretty nice and cozy and not too anxious to make his way into the world! So the clock is ticking for him and for us......10 days and counting! If Sam isn't born by the 25th, Michele will have her c-section on the 26th, the day we arrive in Beijing. I'll be so sad to miss meeting him before we fly to meet our Maia, so we're all taking turns walking Michele for an hour a day to see if good old mother nature will kick in here soon! Come on Sam.......we're waiting for you!
