After some pretty impressive thunderstorms yesterday afternoon, we celebrated Peanut's 8th birthday during a beautiful, much cooler evening!
As I always say, time is just slipping by far too quickly for me. I feel so much older this summer realizing my "baby" is 8 and both of my kiddos will be in school in a few short weeks.
But back to the really important things........
Like train cakes.......
And yellow and blue balloons......
Lots of ice cream......
A new insect collecting kit......
A few Hess trucks......
Oodles of batteries.......
Two kiddie pools......
Lots of good friends......
A big Lego building kit......
And a super soaker!
What could better for our newest 2nd grader??
