Our Christmas this year lasted almost 4 days, from house to house and yummy meal to yummy meal! I finally was able to download all of our pictures and share a few with all of you on our blog this morning! Peanut was the first one up Christmas morning, and SuSu soon followed, bounding down the steps with excitement for her first visit from Santa.
We spent our day at home this year, which was wonderful and relaxing! My parents and my grandma joined us for brunch, and then we all spent the day playing and watching Christmas specials.
SuSu's favorite gift from Santa was her doll house!
Peanut's favorite gift was the Blue Comet model train that he's been dreaming of all year long!
Last nite we went to my parents' house to finish up our Christmas celebrating. Little Sammy didn't quite understand all the commotion, but he had a ball watching the big kids bouncing around and playing with Poppaw's trains!
With Peanut being home, we've seen our SuSu glow the way she did back in the summertime when they were always together! She's been completely mesmerized by all of the holiday happenings, and has definately been the life of the party:) The two of them are in their glory now, enjoying their extra time with each other and spreading their toys all over the place! Mommy's loving sleeping in til 8am and not needing to be out the door every morning:) If only we could make the magic last a little longer......

Happy (belated) Christmas to you and yours! And yes! to dreading the resumption of early morning chaos. I'm not looking forward to Monday - I LOVE sleeping in.
