This morning we're coming back to reality after being away at our "home away from home" in Stone Harbor, NJ! When my sister, Michele, and I were little (over 25 years ago!), my parents started the tradition of taking a family vacation to Stone Harbor every summer, and we're still going after all this time! This year, our newest addition to the family, our nephew Nicky, joined us, and really had a ball on his first visit to the beach. Nicky (the little cutie pie with the dark hair) is 16 months old, and became Peanut's best buddie by the end of their week together:) We stayed together with my parents (Nana & Pop-paw) and my sister (Michele) and her husband (Tom) in the same house, which was a little bit of an adventure with two very busy boys! We were very blessed, though, to have such beautiful weather and a week full of wonderful family memories! And just think.......our next trip to Stone Harbor will be filled with memories of our precious Maia, too:)
