It's hard to believe that our Christmas festivities are already coming to an end for the season. It seems like it was just yesterday that we were decorating the tree and hanging the stockings, and now we're nearly ready to ring in the New Year!
My how the time is flying!
This Christmas was a quiet one with us staying home all day in our PJs and enjoying our time just being together. What a blessing it was just to snuggle up all day and watch Peanut and SuSu enjoy their gifts while a ham cooked itself in the crock pot!
Toy Story 3 was a big hit this year, as was the Leapster for SuSu and a model train for Peanut!
And boy was my Prince Charming surprised when Santa left a bit of a treasure under the tree for him, too!
Today we gathered with many of my cousins and their children for a little holiday reunion, and then Saturday will be pork and sauerkraut at Nana and Popaw's house to celebrate 2011!
